How We Do What We Do

Overview

You've come to Build Better Culture because you're looking to optimize something within your organization. Whether you need a little brush up to your organizational culture, or a massive reload on what you're doing to tie your company vision to the message your employees see, we're here to help. Regardless of the size of your organization, we'll walk through several steps and develop a plan together to help you build a better work culture.


First Step:

We conduct an initial intake. This is a transparent dialogue of questions and answers into what you do, how you do it, who's involved, what your employees and leaders see and more. It is the starting point to our engagement.


Second Step:

Depending on the size and scope, we'll determine what evaluation tool is best suited for your short and long term goals. 


Third Step:

We will work with you to review results, and validate the findings of the tool. This is a critical step in the process. We want you to be on the same page with where you are and where you're headed. 


Beyond:

Once we've validated your results, we'll work together to determine a road map of steps involved. We can work with you for varying lengths of time (six, nine, twelve months or more) to help reinforce and implement the changes you need.

Where we're coming from

We're a Culture Talk Certified Partner. Culture Talk uses an Archetype based survey system to help identify  the core of your company culture. With that knowledge, you can learn what drives your teams, leaders, and team members. Understanding the what and why of what makes them tick (and what might turn them off) will help you impact your current and future employees performance and buy-in toward your company mission and values.  When everyone is intentionally moving in the same direction, great things happen!
