While I enjoy being center stage, it's not for the spotlight, but to share knowledge based on practical application, experience, and rigorous instructional design principles. My goal is to deliver thoughtful, customized solutions that dramatically impact your organization.
Growing up in an education household, I've embraced the lifelong learner mindset throughout my career—a philosophy I share with others through an energetic and inspirational style. My approach blends a little "Jester" with a lot of practicality, ensuring your managers learn to "fish for themselves."
I am a CultureTalk Certified Partner and a graduate of Leadership Saratoga, continually seeking and sharing learning opportunities wherever possible.
We all need to find ways to give back. It helps the community grow. At present, I'm President of the Board of CRHRA (local SHRM affiliate). My unique blend of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition experience blended with my Curriculum Design education ensures the content I deliver is customized, engaging, and sticks. I earned my Master of Science in Education Theory and Practice from the University at Albany, and use that knowledge along with my origins in academic publishing, to approach leadership development not just as general consulting, but as true, tailored learning for your team.
