I'm Tom Schin and I want to help you build a better workplace culture. I enjoy being center stage, not because of the spotlight, but because it affords me the chance to share knowledge based on research, practical application, experience and what I've observed and learned from others.
I pride myself on being available to help others with thoughtful solutions. From tangible products to service oriented solutions, I like to work with people on creative answers which help impact them in dramatic ways. Throughout my professional career, I've learned a lot from a number of people (lifelong learner). I'm not your typical business and management consultant. I have a little Jester, and a lot of practicality to my approach which is to teach people to fish so they can eventually fish for themselves (it's ironic I don't eat fish). And yes, that's me playing a ukulele below, in one of my presentations.
We all need to find ways to give back. It helps the community grow. At present, I'm President of the Board of CRHRA (local SHRM affiliate).
