Every transformation begins with self-awareness. At the start of your journey, you will complete a CultureTalk Individual Assessment to uncover the archetypes that drive your natural leadership style. Instead of trying to mimic someone else’s "boss persona," this kickoff allows you to understand—and own—your unique leadership story. By identifying your core strengths and shadow sides, you’ll gain the clarity needed to lead with authenticity and confidence.

This cohort is designed for people leaders with teams of 2 to 15, bringing together leaders from various industries. Often, the most profound growth happens when you’re outside your corporate bubble; sharing with peers from different walks of life providing a unique safety and fresh perspectives. We operate on a 'Vegas Rule' foundation: total confidentiality is our baseline. This is your private space to speak candidly, troubleshoot real scenarios without filter, and lead with 100% transparency. What’s said in the room, stays in the room.

Our 12-session agenda help you own the shift from manager to 'Leader-Coach,' refining high-stakes communication—from meaningful 1-on-1s to navigating difficult conversations. We’ll bridge the gap between performance outcomes and interpersonal EQ, sharpening your ability to manage up, drive team accountability, and boost morale sustainably.
What’s required? Commitment to the program, sensitivity to other sharing their own experiences (what’s said in the zoom stays in the zoom), respect for others views, and a desire to grow.
