Our mission is to provide attendees with tools and information to prepare them to develop stronger employee engagement. Let's not guess at what our managers should know. Let's give them the leadership fundamentals to build on so they can really lead their teams instead of manage, strengthening your company culture daily.
This online program is designed for six 90 minute sessions (the first is 2 hours). We offer these in either weekly or biweekly formats to provide your managers time to practice and apply the knowledge they acquire. Before you begin, participants will be asked to take a short 15 minute survey to set the stage for the rest of the program. Small homework projects will be given to enhance the learning experience between sessions.
In addition to group sessions, each participant will receive three 60 minute coaching sessions to practice leadership fundamentals, ask questions and discuss their unique scenarios, including how to weave it into your company culture.
Sessions are broken up into six main topic areas (with room for adjustment based on the class needs).
